Hi Neda, I am very dissapointed to read this as well. I took really good care of Fiona. You sent me a very strict manual which I followed to the core. And I was very happy to do so. She was always very happy in my home and got treated with a lot of love. I always sent you updates included by photos. The other dog was a regular, as explained, it was a last minute request. So I did not know he would stay when I met you. Also as explained I kept the dogs seperate just in case. Even tho I knew the other dog wouldn’t do anything and Fiona was not in heat. He slept in a crate and she slept in her little bed. They were never left alone and again as I already explained to you, nothing happend. It saddens me that you only focus on this aspect and not on the good care I took of sweet Fiona for the other 5 days. I think she had a blast. I am sorry that this is your experience but I have a lot of experience with dogs so I knew how to handle the situation. I would not call it unprofessional. Nevertheless I wish you and and Fiona the best 🫶
