The 5-stars are for many reasons. First, Mona got back to me immediately. Then, since I live in Amsterdam and needed a place for my 16-year old dog for the day, a meet and greet wasn't possible and Mona was willing to take on elder dog care without meeting 'Tingo'. Her willingness to go above and beyond for us allowed me to have a perfect day rowing with the t'Diep Rowing Club out of Tuk. I can't thank her enough for this. Then, when I got back, Tingo was so happy he didn't even notice I made it back because he was getting so much love. It's hard to take care of a sixteen + year old dog and Mona and her husband were so wonderfully kind to him. And on top it all, Mona is is very warm and welcoming.
