Sterra did a wonderful job with my dog Lola. She cared for Lola in her own home for 9 nights. Sterra sent me pictures and/or videos of Lola every day. Before and during the booking, Sterra was a good communicator and answered all my messages promptly, sometimes within minutes. She followed all my instructions for Lola's care, and Sterra even made Lola special food when Lola wouldn't eat her normal food for some days.
