I'm Katerina and I come from Crete, Greece. I've been living in Utrecht for the past 11 years, currently working as a research Scientist at Utrecht University.

Since I was a kid, I've loved being in nature, observing how animals behave and interact with their environment. Growing up I had several pets (goldfish, birds, turtles, even a frog) which I enjoyed taking care off... I usually don't have favorites, though undoubtably the number 1 place in my heart will forever be taken by my dog Ermis, with whom we grew up together. That's when I found out first hand that dogs can really be a mans best friend!

My work schedule unfortunately doesn't allow me to have a dog of my own. So instead of being the crazy lady that tries to "introduce herself" to every dog I run across and wait for their permission to pet, I decided to fill this gap by offering to take care of your furry friend. This way you can be more comfortable with being away for a long weekend or a night off, while being sure that someone is there to care after your dog.
I can be available to house dogsit (my place is also an option) through weekends or drop-visit during weekday evenings.
