my experience with caring for 4-legged family members started when i was 13, looking after my aunt’s stafford-viszla, rea. i experienced love, but also responsibility like never before. we loved going on walks together, even when she pulled on the leash so much that i almost fell. :D we played and i took care of her medication, meals and water. i always looked forward to seeing her.
i also had a cat named muki, who was my baby and best friend. we played, cuddled, shared countless naps… he would play piano and wake me up in the middle of the night, drink from my glass, run and knock over everything in sight... whenever I came home, he would greet me at the door with his little bell jingling ❤️
now i want to help kind people with furry angels look after them when needed, since i will be living in the netherlands for a few years :)
