Antonia took good care of Daisy, and she was safe and well when I picked her up which I really appreciate. However, communication was quite difficult. Daisy has certain routines that I had to repeat multiple times and getting updates or pictures wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped. As a pet owner, regular updates bring peace of mind, and unfortunately, I felt a bit uneasy throughout the time. Overall, it was an okay experience but I would have appreciated more proactive communication.
