My name is Mia. I'm from Lisbon, Portugal, however, I have been living in the Netherlands for the past 3 years. Here is a bit about myself: I would describe myself as a person who is passionate about life. I have the spirit of an adventurer and the heart of a traveller. I'm always searching for new challenges and looking toward growing as a person. I have always loved nature and the human-animal connection.

I have been dogsitting for over a 1,5 years now and looked after more than 20 dogs in this time🤗

I absolutelyyyy love animals! (I reckon you can tell by now 😅) Growing up next to the beach, it was a major part of my life to have a drive to the beach with friends or alone and spend the sunset with our dogs as well as engaging with other people's pets. To be honest, the biggest reason why I have decided to register on Petbnb is because I have been missing in the Netherlands the presence of an animal around. For 15 years I grew up with a cat in Portugal. As currently I don't have gathered all the conditions that they deserve to adopt a pet of my own (e.g. I live by myself so if I had to leave the house and couldn't take them, I wouldn't want them to be left alone) I thought I could make the best of the situation and spend time with your pet when you can't.
