Having grown up around cats and dogs, I got into dog training and care as a teen. My family got its first German Shepherd 15 years ago, so I learnt how to potty-train, exercise, discipline, and entertain dogs growing up alongside her. Since my family currently has 3 working German Shepherds trained as guard dogs, I am experienced in training and discipline, but personally believe dogs deserve freedom, companionship, and joy. Building trust and respect is very important to me, and I want to allow dogs as much choice as possible while staying safe and happy. My skills include a background in the principles of dog training, as well as grooming, understanding breed-specific interests, and an unlimited source of energy, patience, and enthusiasm for our four-legged friends! I have a flexible schedule so can accommodate specific requests.
