Sara was very helpful when I had a slightly more complicated scheduling situation to coordinate. I went away for a week and there was one day in the middle that Sara's work obligations prevented her from fully covering my dog's care, but she offered to take my dog to and from another petsitter's house. She was wiling to do a meet and greet with all of us together, prior to my trip. And she even dropped Rhuby off at my house at the end of the stay, when I got home around midnight and it would have been harder for me to come pick up at her house on public transit at that time. Rhuby was safe, my instructions were followed, and despite their usual anxious-Daschund needs, they are happy. I would not hesitate to book with Sara again.
