Hey there! I’m Sahil(21) from Cyprus. I am a Dental Technician and I have just finished my Dutch Language(B2-C1) course at TU Delft. I am fluent in English and Turkish while also trying to speak Dutch as much as possible to achieve fluency. I am about to start another degree in Psychology!
Some of my hobbies include painting, singing and gardening. Also, I've been playing the violin since I was 12, I play piano and the guitar when I want to write songs :)

The reason I’m doing this:
I have no pets here in the Netherlands (yet) because I have a passion for travelling and I also regularly visit my family. Therefore I decided that dog sitting might be a nice thing to do for me and for the pet owners who need some help sometimes. And as I guessed I really enjoy doing this and love gaining more and more experience.

My experience:
I love animals and have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds… the list goes on :)
I have worked in vet clinics and have done volunteer work. I have experience training, grooming and administrating oral medication. I have my own dog that I trained personally who know commands like “sit”, “come”, “wait”, “go” and much more. He is 15 years old now so he’s partially deaf and blind but he’s still very well mannered :). I have taken care of many kittens and cats, even feral ones.

What I can offer:
I live with my boyfriend who’s doing a master’s degree at the TU.
We live in a house in the centre of Delft.
•We don’t have a garden but there are many nice walking areas close by where I usually walk the dogs.
•Potty breaks every 2-4 hours also depending on your pet’s needs.
•I don’t give animals any “human food” unless instructed by the owner to do so.
•Cuddle time on the couch whenever they want to.
•Depending on my availability and work schedule ( which I will discuss with you before the booking) walking hours change. again according to the needs and wants of the pet and the owner.
•I send updates, pictures and keep in touch with the owners. I’m easy to reach.
•I only take 1 booking at a time so if your dog/cat has problems with others it’s no problem.
•If provided with the products I can wash your dog.
•I always follow the owners instructions when it comes to allergies and anything special.
•Fresh water provided at all times and food given accordingly to the owners wishes.

I am very enthusiastic and caring when it comes to animals.
