I had a deeply disappointing experience with Anna as a pet sitter for my dog, Ollie. I had to terminate her services on day 5 of a 3-week stay due to neglect and dishonesty. Despite providing clear instructions on Ollie’s eating, walking, and potty schedule, Anna repeatedly failed to follow them. She lied consistently about Ollie’s walks—claiming she walked her at 3 PM, but my security camera, positioned on the kitchen counter, clearly shows her lounging on the couch at that time. Shortly after, she left for her yoga class without walking the dog at all. Anna was fully aware of both the camera and the door logs, as she had been briefed on the security system before starting the job. Anna also failed to let Ollie out for pee breaks for up to 14 hours on multiple occasions. As a result, Ollie, a 5-year-old dog who has never had accidents in her bed, was forced to urinate in her bed, which was heartbreaking. When confronted about her lies regarding the walks, Anna simply responded with a thumbs-up emoji, offering no explanation or apology. At 65 euros a day, I expected much better care. My boyfriend had to fly back early from our vacation to care for Ollie, causing us significant stress. I strongly urge Anna's regular clients to check in on their pets. Pictures can be deceiving, and it’s important to ensure your dogs are receiving the care they deserve. I will not be recommending Anna for pet-sitting services.
