Tijdens oppassen deed ze wel wat ze moest doen, maar ze ging ook thee en koffie drinken en dure crème van mijn vrouw gebruiken zonder toestemming en ze vergat bijv. Ventilatie uit te zetten toen ze het gebruikte tijdens her oppassen. Dat vond ik niet netjes en daarom bevel ik haar niet aan.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. It’s very insightful for my future improvements in service. I would like to clarify some misunderstandings. 1. Regarding the expensive cream, I am terribly sorry that I have mistaken it, since it was put next to the cat stuff. I thought it is normally used to moisture hands after cleaning cat sand litterbox. 2. Regarding the fan, I went back to turn it off after you reminded me. Thank you for that. 3. Apologies for tea and coffee consumption, I was mistaken because I was offered drinks during the first visit. Hope it clarifies the misunderstanding. Wishing you a nice summer :)
