My usual sitter wasn’t available so I found Alviana to sit Spikey (dachshund). But I won’t be choosing her again. She was very friendly and calm when we met at the meet and greet. Which is the reason I decided to let her sit Spikey. (He likes calm people) When dropping of Spikey we were met downstairs (in the complex) instead of at her studio and thus there wasn’t a nice transition to settle Spikey in first. (I respect her not wanting that, but a heads up would have been better) During Spikey’s stay I request a daily (preferably 3x a day) update of how he is doing. A picture and a small discription of his daily things would be enough. This was not met and I constantly had to ask for an update. (When I am away, I expect not to have to remind the sitter to update me everyday) When picking up Spikey, I thought I had to meet them downstairs again, but she needed me to come up to pick him up. This isn’t very consistent. I have some points that I would like to mention why my rating is so low for Alviana: I send detailed instructions what his good and snack system is. I send a video with how his food should be prepared and on the video you can see which bowl is the food bowl. She used the water bowl for his food. She mentioned that he hasn’t eaten a lot (he loves food!) and this wasn’t very clear to me until I saw the water bowl was used for food. He must have been very confused and thus didn’t eat. The snack system has not been implemented at all. Only one snack was used out of the 6. (he gets about 2 a day) which indicates he was even more hungrier then usual. When I picked him up to go home, on our way he pooped 3 times before we got home. She mentioned that she walked him before I came to pick him up. Lastly I found his water bowl was broken when I got home. She said that she found it like that but didn’t mention anything to me cause I probably already knew about it. I packed his favorite water bowl which was not broken that morning before dropping Spikey off at her place. I can not know for sure what happened, but this very disheartening after everything that I already have mentioned. I still am thankful for having had Alviana as Spikeys sitter. She stayed with spikey for another hour (no cost) because my flight was delayed and I wouldn’t have been able to pick him up on time. But besides this I think she needs more experience before continuing to pet sit other dogs.

Alviana is heel erg lief en zorgzaam. Heeft heel erg goed op ons hondje gepast en heeft hem goed verzorgd. Ben super tevreden en zal altijd een beroep op Alviana doen!
