Hi! My name is Marijke. I am a freelance video- and photographer and volunteer at DOA, the biggest animal shelter in Amsterdam. I grew up with dogs and one day would love to be a 'pawrent' myself, but due to my many travel plans, walking/sitting your pup is a great alternative to spend time with sweet furry K9’s.

Besides my filmmaking & photography business, I have been a certified dog walker for 7 years (in SF and NYC) and as such have walked and taken care of more than 180 different dogs in all shapes and sizes. And I love them all as if they were my own! My service got nothing but 5 out of 5 stars reviews.

I've also been a foster dog mum. I cared for 4 rescue dogs transported from Texan high-kill shelters to NYC with Hearts & Bones Rescue organization. I cared for and trained these sweeties, gave them a safe and loving home to decompress from all the hardships, before they got adopted #savinglives

Your dog will receive maximum attention, play time, walks, bathroom stops and belly rubs :-))). And of course I will sent you photo/video/text updates so you are assured your furry sweetheart has the best time ever.

Your dog will be walked at least two to three times a day (depending on how long the sitting lasts). Your pup may be left alone 2 hours max. There are no other pets in my home. I live on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, so be aware your dog needs to be able to take stairs or is fine with being carried. My home is near the Vondelpark so I am well situated to take your pupper to enjoy some exercise and fresh air.
